[Mcls-print-storage] FW: MI-SPI retention allocations are complete

After Andy posted the retentions allocation yesterday, I had a request to also include the retention commitments from EMU & WMU from the 2011 analysis. Andy kindly revised the spreadsheet counting retained title holdings by library, including Eastern and Western. For Eastern and Western he took the numbers from and subtracted the small number of missing titles that they told me about recently.

Let me know of additional questions/comments.
