Before you apply-- looks like the • Use the Am I Rural
<https://www.ruralhealthinfo.org/am-i-rural>? tool to confirm your
eligibility, as shown on the grant info sheet, attached to the email. This
determines whether or not your library might qualify.
 We have a very rural district-- but not according to the guidelines. We
don't qualify-- but many others will!
