[Mcls-print-storage] Revised MOU for comments prior to ratification & sharing with directors

All, Attached is the reorganized and cleaned up version of the MOU document for your review. We hope this is a close to final draft so please look at it carefully. We have also attached the 2 appended documents: The SCS proposal for MCLS dated August 4 2011(is this the most recent/relevant document Randy?) and a revised Suggested lost/missing/damaged decision guidelines. We wonder if the latter document really belongs with the MOU . Perhaps this and any other guidelines and best practices are more appropriately dealt with as stand alone documents, perhaps attached to space on the MCLS site? We are all of the opinion that developing the notification mechanism for non-replaced items and also standardized bibliographic identifiers is beyond the scope of our work with the MOU and requires input from all participants preferably at a future face to face meeting. While it is desirable to develop these before too long we think the MOU can stand as it is at present without the specifics of those issues necessarily having being defined.
