Garden City follows this rule: if the paid holiday falls on a Saturday we are closed Friday and Saturday.  If the paid holiday is on a Sunday, we are closed Monday (we do not have Sunday hours).  Hope this helps.

Looking ahead, next year Christmas Eve is on a Saturday and Christmas Day is on a Sunday and of course NY's even and Day is the same.  What days does your library plan on being closed ?
