Hi, all. It looks like Wednesday afternoon May 6 is the best time for most 
of us to meet. For those that can make it in person, I'll reserve the 
boardroom here and we'll have a phone available for those who need to dial 
in. Let's plan to start the meeting at 1:30 and aim to be done by 3:00 or
