[Mcls-print-storage] MI-SPI fall meeting

I will be attending MLA but could also attend a Lansing meeting. 

In addition to the topics Randy outlined I would value a discussion of the big picture elements that Doug refers to below. 
In particular it would be good to construct a timeline and have a discussion about current refresh thoughts among the original group, plans for the integration of the new libraries and if we are seeking any new recruits. 

At one stage we talked about off-setting the new libraries against libraries with large retention commitments who wanted relief, particularly CMS which is only committed to retention for 5 yrs. I'm not sure where that conversation ended up and if it requires a large scale refresh by SCS or could be accomplished through the MCLS reporting tool or other mechanism. 

Also agree about talking about the 583 statements in WorldCat and the idea of a steering committee.
