[Mcls-print-storage] MI-SPI short links

At today's MI-SPI meeting, the group requested short links to the MI-SPI 
Page and MOU for use in the 853 field. Here are short links to the page, 
the MOU, and the draft database. There are two short links for each, the 
only difference being capitalization; use whichever you prefer.  Please
