Good question, Barbara.
That seems to make sense to me. Thinking about how that will work at GVSU, we'd have to figure out a way to work it into our ordering/processing workflow, but it seems doable.
Is this something else to discuss on our conference call?
Doug

Subject: [Mcls-print-storage] Another retention list/note question
Hi All,
If we substitute a later edition for a title on our retention list is the expectation that we would input the 583 committed to retain note in the record of the more recent edition?
I'm guessing the answer should be Yes - treat the substitute title as the equivalent retention title with the same protections/procedures. Is this what others think? and is anyone (Pamela?) inputting the 583 notes for these substituted titles?
Thanks,
Barbara
