Dear Users:

Beginning at approximately 10:30 AM  ET  US  (2:30PM GMT) , QuestionPoint, along with various other OCLC services, began experiencing some network service interruptions.  Thus far, we have noted that Policy Pages are slow to load, and may not load before failing, and that some patrons from the Mid-west and West Coast have reported difficulties connecting with the service.

OCLC is investigating these issues, and working towards resolution as quickly as possible.  If you are experiencing other problems with QuestionPoint at this time, please email: bonnefic at ocic.org<mailto:bonnefic at ocic.org> to report the issues.

We regret this disruption of service, and will alert you when the problem has been resolved.
