[Virtual_reference] question: using resolution codes within RHN

I just wanted to clarify since a few people here were confused - my understanding is that we do assign codes such as Answered, Follow-up, etc. when finishing a chat.  

We do not assign "Descriptive Codes" for other libraries since the use of those varies.

Same goes for our Research Help Now . Don’t assign resolution codes. I believe librarians have, but we did agree not to assign the codes for other libraries.

On today's Questionpoint Annual Meeting, they re-iterated that we should not use resolution codes when chatting with patrons from the 24/7 collaborative. 

Should we be using resolution codes when serving patrons within our Research Help Now group?
