<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Helvetica",sans-serif">Digital Adventure: 360 Interactive Experience from Detroit Public Television</span></b><span style="font-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Helvetica",sans-serif"><br>

Detroit Public TV - PBS will be hosting a 3 different virtual field trips that teachers can attend with their classes in December! These will be done via OVEE (Online Video Engagement Experience).

<b>December 12 at 1pm</b> - Polk Penguin Conservation Center at the Detroit Zoo<br>
<br>
<b>December 13 at 1pm </b>- Raptors at the Leslie Science & Nature Center<br>
<br>
<b>December 14 at 1pm</b> - Organization for Bat Conservation<br>
<br>
Classes will be able to explore 360 video from the habitats at each location. These videos will be interactive that include hot spots, which incorporate additional learning material and even a digital badge redemption code! Following the explore time, classes
will be able to interact with experts from each location via a live chat. The entire experience will be approximately an hour.<br>
<br>
Lesson plans (standards aligned) and preview material will be sent to everyone registered starting on December 6th. The lesson plans are geared to grades 6 - 12, but elementary students will LOVE this experience as well. This is also a cross-curricular event
- all subject areas are welcome to attend. The focus is Climate and Culture with our winged creature friends.<br>
