a public library comparable to the size of Hillsdale is preferred. The successful candidate will have significant financial management experience, strong human relations skills, a knowledge of and vision for using library technology to improve services, the
ability to connect with the community and network with other organizations. Proven leadership and communication skills as well as creative problem-solving are desirable.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
