Gov. Rick *SNYDER* announced this morning that all Lower Peninsula<br>
state offices will close at noon today because of a winter storm<br>
expected to drop 8 to 12 inches of snow across most of lower Michigan.<br>
<br>
<br>
The State Emergency Operations Center will remain open to manage the<br>
Flint water emergency and will monitor storm conditions. <br>
<br>
Updates on building closures will be posted to <a href="http://www.michigan.gov">www.michigan.gov</a>.<br>

p.m. today.<br>
