<p class="MsoNormal">MeLCat Visiting Patron is essentially, MeLCat In-Person and it provides the ability for a library to offer reciprocal borrowing on the spot to patrons of other MeLCat libraries. To learn more attend the MCLS webinar scheduled for Thursday,
Feb. 19 from 2-3pm EST.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">This webinar is open to <u>any</u> Michigan library wanting to know more about MeLCats Visiting Patron service. Visiting Patron, also known as Reciprocal Borrowing, is an optional service provided by MeLCat to give patrons of participating
libraries the option to get immediate access to the materials they need. The policies and general procedures of the Visiting Patron service will be discussed in this session.<o:p></o:p></p>
