<p>It is with great pleasure that I announce the passing of Pinckney Community Public Library's 1.4562 operations millage request, of which .9562 is a renewal of a 2008 millage that is set to expire this year, and .5 mills is additional millage. This millage is for six more years of operations for our new library building.</p>
