[Michlib-l] Book vendors

We cancelled our backorders with Baker and Taylor.  We had hundreds of
backorders dating back to November 2024.  We are using Amazon - at least
for us, it is the same discount or less and items arrive in a few days,
including the books that were on backorder with B&T!
