The TEACH Act is supposed(!) to govern the distribution of copyrighted materials in online educational settings (but is considered by many to be a broken piece of legislation because of its vagueness).

This is the first time this has come up for us, but does anyone know if it is copyright infringement to upload one chapter of a book into Canvas? I haven't done copyright in a long time!
