[Michlib-l] Employee Disciplinary Policy

Hello,

I'm looking to develop an employee disciplinary policy for our library. 
We are a small class 2 library and have never really had the need for 
one but I would like to have something in place and in writing just in 
case. I would really appreciate any examples of policies other libraries 
have.
