Shout out to all youth services staff! We do still have room for you to join us at the 5th Annual MI KidLib Unconference!

This professional development opportunity is for youth services staff (current, aspiring, retired etc.) and will be held at Kalamazoo Public Library's Central location on Friday, May 11 (full schedule available here<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wLY_a2jkeD_EAr-gUzzMj9KOuCv5o7zI-UoDvIIS7X4/edit?usp=sharing>). This year, KPL's AntiRacism Transformation Team will kick off the day with a keynote session. The rest of the day will include how-to demos, tours, and unconference style break-out sessions where the participants collaboratively drive the topics and the discussion. Past topics and notes are available here<https://sites.google.com/site/mikidlib/notes> if you'd like to get an idea of what may be covered. This is a great opportunity for networking, idea gathering, and skill building, whether you serve babies, teens, or all of the above. It's completely free to attend! You can bring a lunch or go out with new friends. Space is limited, so please register today! We can't wait to see you in Kalamazoo!

Founded by Lisa Mulvenna, Andrea Vernola, and Anne Clark in 2014, the MI KidLib Unconference is a rotating annual conference for youth services library staff.
