[Michlib-l] Bank loans

Hello All,

We are investigating various avenues to finance our children's expansion.
Our Board is interested in taking a bank loan, as a governmental entity.
Have any of you had this sort of experience and, if so, would you share
offline? We are also looking for names of any Note Counsel you may have
used and recommend.
