[Michlib-l] Digitizing board minutes

Hi,

My director is interested in digitizing the library board minutes from the
past few decades. If you have digitized your board minutes or are in the
process, what did you put the files on (a thumb drive, a hard drive, CDs,
etc.)? Did you make the files searchable (for example, being able to
search individual documents for different topics and keywords)?
