[Michlib-l] My (first) question of the day.....

To all my favorite friends in library land.....I have a special meeting tonight at 6 p.m. for the purpose of discussing incremental increases in wages.  (lol, I'm thinking you know where this is going!!)  Do any of you have written guidelines to set you in the right direction in this area?  Some of you are directed by union contracts, you probably don't need to answer this....it may depress me further!!!I want stuff like, after 6 months probation time......                          new hires will be hired at.......                          after a yearly evaluation........                          you will be rewarded after a total over all increase in..........
Throw me what you have and I will appreciate it forever!!!
