[Michlib-l] Public Libraries impact on home values/housing prices

Hi all,Over the years, I've heard or read vague references to the fact that communities with public libraries enjoy higher home or property values than those without public library access. Is anyone aware of any studies or concrete data showing that this is indeed the case?
