At one point we had teens sign in for the event and followed up by calling their parents. Asked them to pick up their unruly kids. Banned them. Also called in the police to talk to them and their parents.

	Hello Everyone!
I'm looking for suggestions on how to deal with unruly teens who
aren't interested in volunteering or even passive programming.  I
also used to allow them access to snacks when other teen programs were
going on, but they have been very disruptive and rude to those teens
who are actually there for the events, so I stopped doing this.
