Hello All,

If you are the director of your library, how does your board of trustees manage your annual review?

Do you meet with the Personnel Committee as a whole? Do the trustees conduct the annual review at a 
regularly scheduled board meeting as a group?

I am interested to learn how other libraries manage this.
