[Michlib-l] Harassment outside of library property

Hi All -

Here's a weird question for this Friday afternoon-

Does anyone have a policy in place to protect their library from harassment
outside of library property?

My example is - what if someone is filing multiple complaints against the
library - written complaints to the library board, to the Civil Rights Dept.
of Michigan, to local legislators, to the police department.

Freedom of speech would make a policy like this difficult but multiple
attacks from one person against the library outside of library walls to
other local officials does feel like harassment towards the library.

If you do have such a policy could you share it with me? Or if you have
experience with an individual like this and could share with me, could you
possibly call me sometime next week?

Thanks!

Andrea
