[Michlib-l] Does anyone use a Steam account to provide games?

Looking at adding more games to our library but not sure how/if I want to set up multiple Steam accounts. If anyone has done this, were you able to shut off purchasing within the app? This is the main issue I'm worried about. Thanks so much!
