Recruiting and managing volunteers is an essential activity for most
historical organizations, but can be difficult to maintain and
grow. This workshop will address approaches to finding and matching
volunteers to areas of work that they can excel in and enjoy. The speaker
will also review management techniques and appreciation activities for
volunteers.
