[Michlib-l] patron feedback labels for disc repair

Hello. 

Does anyone insert patron feedback labels inside your audiobook and DVD cases? In other words, do you use labels inside the cases for patrons to indicate that a disc needs repair? We noticed that some libraries do this. Is it worth the effort? Do you have any advice?
