[Michlib-l] Annual donation letter example request

It is that time of year that many libraries are sending out letters for
donations to their endowment funds or other various fundraising ideas.  I am
new to this venture and would like to have an example of your letter if you
are willing to share and also who do you approach?

 

I appreciate any information you can provide.
