[Michlib-l] Text services for libraries

We want to offer reference services via text, but would like some reviews before committing to anything.  Does anyone have a texting service they would recommend?  I'm particularly interested in hearing about experiences with Mosio's Text a Librarian or from libraries that use Google Voice to text.  Thanks!
