[Michlib-l] BusinessDecision in MeL

As an FYI, we're passing along information provided by CIVICTechnologies<http://civictechnologies.com/> about changes to their product BusinessDecision<http://www.businessdecision.info/bd/login/login.php?mel=1&result=success>.
We are working on an exciting project to migrate BusinessDecision to a new platform to include new data sources, a new look and feel, and other updates. We will make the changes in two to three stages over the summer months.   Please note:

1.       Existing projects, reports and clients will transition over to the new system.

2.       Thematic maps are temporarily not available but will be restored in the next stage of migration.

3.       Data sets will now be provided by STI<http://www.synergos-tech.com/>, not ESRI<http://www.esri.com/>.

4.       The change to the new data will begin in August, 2014 and be completed this fall.
