I've attached our purchasing policy which gives the limits on what we need bids for. We recently put bids out for janitorial, lawn care, snow removal, carpets and windows. If you would like to see any of those bid packets, I would be happy to share.

Here we go:   what process do you have for naming who does your lawn care, janitorial services, bookkeeping in small class 2 libraries?  Do you bid them out requiring a certain number of bids? Do you have bid packets?  If you have any printed info you can share that would be awesome!
