[Michlib-l] Watervliet District Library Millage

I am happy to announce that the Watervliet District Library millage of .5 addtional passed easily!!  We have not asked for an increase in our current millage (.5) inn 30 years, so we were very nervous about this, but it passed by a 2-1 margin.  Doing my happy dance here!
