[Michlib-l] Contract for I.T. Services

Anyone out there have a short contract that they've used for in-house IT
services (e.g. 12 hours a month at $???/hr to do this and such tasks) that I
could plagiarize?

Or any kind of short SERVICE contract that they use. . .
