[Mcls-print-storage] Mi-SPI update

Greetings Mi-SPI libraries,

For those of you who submitted any rejections to your Mi-SPI allocations, those adjustments are complete and your retentions in GreenGlass are now stable. I have a note from Cynthia at OCLC pasted below with a helpful tutorial link and 2 (identical) workshops in April (that will be recorded) for using GreenGlass post-allocation. Workshop dates/times are 4/12 from 12-1 and 4/28 from 2-3. Webex information for the 4/12 date is below. From Cynthia:

I am happy to report that we have completed the GreenGlass adjustments. These retentions are now stable and libraries should feel free to begin deselection work.

For libraries participating in shared print retentions (all but Baker, they will need to select the attribute Not allocated for retention in my library whenever creating a weeding list.  We encourage library’s to view the brief tutorial on post-allocation GreenGlass features:
