[Mcls-print-storage] MI-SPI 2.0: Data Set Meeting Slides from OCLC & Next Steps

Greetings! It was wonderful connecting yesterday, seeing our data set and starting the next phase of MI-SPI 2.0 Attached are the slides Andy Breeding and Cynthia DuChance shared at the meeting.  As discussed yesterday, everyone has tasks to complete in the day’s ahead to keep the project moving forward:

1-Libraries will review data and inform OCLC of any needed data remediation (see slides 13-15).
2-Libraries will explore retention model options in GreenGlass
3-Steering Committee will meet and discuss retention model options and come up with a set of possibilities to share with wider group.
4-MI-SPI 2.0 group will meet to review possible retention models and decide up on a model.

The goal is to complete the above with the next month (at least 1-3). Please share any feedback you have and let me know if you have questions!
