My apologies to the MI-SPI List participants- In preparation for 
tomorrow's meeting, I was verifying one of the database functions and the 
list was notified of an allocation change as a result. The 2 messages were 
generated from a test database, no allocations have been changed.  Tests 
are complete, so you should stop receiving these messages. Thank you!
