[Mcls-print-storage] MI-SPI Bib Change

Hi Everyone,

We're doing some testing with the MI-SPI database to draft some procedures we can discuss next time we meet.  We have a batch of about 100 titles that are Lost/Missing and we want to develop a process to notify MI-SPI members of this and possibly change retention responsibilities.

We didn't realize that a message like this would be a result of an action in the database.  BTW, this one is simply a change to a newer edition. 

Thanks for your tolerance and if you have been working on this as well, we'd love to hear your suggestions/findings.
