[Mcls-print-storage] Revised MOU for comments prior to ratification & sharing with directors

Hi All, These were the only suggested revision that I'm aware of. I'll go ahead with these changes and send out that revised document later today for ratification at our Thursday phone meeting unless I hear anything from anyone else.
