[Mcls-print-storage] Name survey

Here is a very short survey to choose a new name. I looked at the previous 
messages about names & found the three that seemed to resonate the most:

Michigan Shared Print Initiative (SPI)
Michigan Sharing Print to Achieve Collection Equity (SPACE) 
Michigan Shared Print Integrated for Collection Equity (SPICE)
("Effectiveness" or "Enhancement" might also work in either of the last 
two as "E" words)

The survey's link is below & it is now active. Let's say one vote per 
library. You're on the honor system not to stuff the ballot box.
