[Mcls-print-storage] Allocated withdrawals

Below are the number of allocated titles for withdrawal from each of the 
participating libraries:

Central Michigan University: 80,000
Eastern Michigan University: 80,000
Grand Valley State University: 62,893
Michigan Technological University: 64,213
Saginaw Valley State University: 73,313
Wayne State University: 180,557
Western Michigan University: 162,000

Total: 702,976

Because the total identified for deselection was 743,347 that leaves 
40,371 titles unallocated. These titles will be allocated among CMU, EMU, 
and WMU because everyone else is at their maximum withdrawals. SCS will 
provide picklists by 2/29/2012.

When the deselection pick lists are distributed, each institution will 
determine the pace of withdrawal and whether it will withdraw all titles 
on the list of a subset. It is generally understood that you will not 
withdraw titles that are not on the list. (This issue needs further 
discussion & should be spelled out in the upcoming Memorandum of 
Understanding.)

It is up to each library to determine how to use the unique title lists 
that Andy provided earlier this month and which titles, if any, on that 
list to withdraw. Withdrawals based on the unique title lists may begin at 
any time.
